Arturia

The capital of Albion, Arturia is a sprawling metropolis straddling the Tamesis River. It is the cultural and scientific Mecca of the western world. The city is built on a circular plan, separated into four distinct districts by the river and a series of aqueducts. The towers and spires rising up over the cobbled streets create a second level of the city, accessible by public or private airship. Arturia's population spans the full social spectrum, from high-powered government officials and old noble families; elderly scholars, penniless students, and pious clerics; to engineers, inventors, and the working poor.
