The University District is one of the oldest and busiest areas in the city of Arturia. Home of the famous Morgana University, this district is populated by students, scholars, and intellectuals. Arturia's University District is the place to go for obscure alchemical knowledge and rare ingredients. The University itself is is a sprawling building comprised of many wings and add-ons in incongruent architectural styles, more being added nearly every time the administration changes hands. It's unclear where the University itself stops and its skirting of shops, homes, and lodging houses begins. The whole area is usually covered with a wispy blanket of colored smoke and steam, wafting out of the university's many chimneys and smokestacks - along with the occasional unanticipated burst of flame. While a more stylish area to live than the poorer Factory District, it's not nearly as desirable as the Temple or Palace District due to the possibility of alchemical accidents.
